Am starting off my healthy food plan for a month
I have a volunteer with me in this, my husband.
We both have been traveling for a while now and have tortured our body with all the wrong food. This exercise will work as cleansing of the body.
I will be posting my daily intake on this blog. I hope to come out more healthier, light and glowing. Plus, i also have a function coming up in mid June. Need to be fit for that :)

SaCheez launched on 10th Nov 2008
Have been away for so long but it worth it. I launched my corporate snack chain. It caters to schools as well. After all they also need to be fed the right food.
The company aims at spoiling the customers with choices and making sure that they remain healthy happy and productive at an affordable price.
It has been an exceptional learning for me and quite frustrating also at times. Rather the emotions keep playing a mix till date. You do want to back out when you dont get things right. but thats business may be.
Interesting point is that since I have started catering to others, food at my place has become a problem :) No time to eat or supervise cooking at home. The company aims at spoiling the customers with choices and making sure that they remain healthy happy and productive at an affordable price.

I am enjoying the journey and am always thriving for more and more.

Amazing Amazon cake
have some cake along with the sandwich
Calories: 1200 per cake
The quickest spongiest and tastiest cake I have ever made and actually ever had too. I was watching a repeat of this tennis match on the tv yesterday and suddenly had this pang of having a chocolate cake. Usually, by the time to you end up making any cake, your desire subsides. Though not in this case. I went to prepare it in the 10 min break and was back on the couch with a big piece and a fork.Truly Delectable!!

Freshly baked Chocolate Cookies
Calories: 50 per cookie
I added choco syrup, but you can also add choco chips.
I prefer them small so that I dont over eat them..you can make them as you want. They are soft from inside and crisp from outside once taken out from the oven and let to cool down. If you wish to have them crisp even later, just microwave them for 30 seconds and let them cool. Back to their original taste and flavor.
