Marinating Sauces
Just brush these sauces on the product and refrigerate for at least an hour or so. More the better. Then put them in the oven to grill or bake. Voila!! you have an ultimate tasty dish ready. Don't count calories...hog on!

It was way back in 2006 that I was introduced to blog writing, but wasn’t convinced about why and what to write. Someone said "share something interesting" Aha!! I don’t have anything interesting.
Over the years, I worked on several health aspects and came out to be more learned about food, calories, low calorie recipes, diet etc. I can surely drive you nuts with my calorie equations. It is worth it if you end up losing 5 kg in less than a month.
I am often approached by friends, colleagues, unknowns and even parlor ladies to help them lose weight. Somehow they come to know that I lost 28 kg on my own. Trust me!! The word spreads like crazy. I am happy with the result, even though I don't fully support the unhealthy steps I took back then to desperately lose weight.
Now is the time when I want to share all my learning through this blog. It will update you on quick and easy, super tasty, healthy, calorie-counted grabs, upcoming healthy joints, tips for living a healthy lifestyle and stories about those who underwent a makeover.
