Cheese and Pepperoni Egg cup cakes

You need:
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 pepperoni slices
  • 10 gm low fat mozzarella cheese
This again is a super simple recipe which involves low fat cottage cheese and 3 pepperoni slices. Take 1 egg and break it in a microwaveable bowl and add salt and mozzarella cheese and mix. Now place pepperoni on top and heat in the microwave for 1.30 min. Serve this with toast or bun.
