It was way back in 2006 that I was introduced to blog writing, but wasn’t convinced about why and what to write. Someone said "share something interesting" Aha!! I don’t have anything interesting. Over the years, I worked on several health aspects and came out to be more learned about food, calories, low calorie recipes, diet etc. I can surely drive you nuts with my calorie equations. It is worth it if you end up losing 5 kg in less than a month. I am often approached by friends, colleagues, unknowns and even parlor ladies to help them lose weight. Somehow they come to know that I lost 28 kg on my own. Trust me!! The word spreads like crazy. I am happy with the result, even though I don't fully support the unhealthy steps I took back then to desperately lose weight. Now is the time when I want to share all my learning through this blog. It will update you on quick and easy, super tasty, healthy, calorie-counted grabs, upcoming healthy joints, tips for living a healthy lifestyle and stories about those who underwent a makeover.
