Half fry in 1tsp oil

Super Quick Egg Recipe
Calories: 200

You need:
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh red chillies or green chillies
  • spring onions
  • oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp regular oil or olive oil

Heat a non-stick pan and add 1tsp oil in it. break 3 eggs into it directly without beating. You will hear a spluttering sound. Don't move or touch the eggs. Once they are golden from the bottom and the ends are golden crisp and the yolk is still liquid, transfer to a plate. Garnish with oyster sauce and spring onions. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper.

Eat hot!
