a really quick recipe

- 2 brown bread slices (toasted)
- 1 scoop garlic mashed potato
- red chilli flakes
- 1/2 green chilli fresh
- mustard sauce
Spread potato on your toasted warm bread and sprinkle green chilli and red chilli flakes on it. Pour some sauce and serve.
Non-Veg.: Add a slice of chicken salami on top of the mashed potato and sprinkle red chilli flakes and a dash of mustard sauce. calories: 210
Tip: To make this a full meal, have it along with a smoothie.
