I prepared this dish yesterday for a friend. I made sure not to add a lot of chili , as the last time I had friends over for dinner, many of them literally cried...anyways God knows why he still had a running nose by the end of it. You can see some red hot chilies peeking out of the noodles, but they were just there to add some color...they cant possibly add so much of flavor. Can they?? ;)
