You need:
- 2 chicken leg pieces
- a spoon hung curd
- green chili chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 inch ginger chopped
- cumin powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp drops soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for 24-48 hours. Grill in the oven on a lightly oiled baking sheet at 200c for 12 min each side. Serve with mustard and mint sauce.
