Once again, a really quick and easy recipe. I keep experimenting with basics by changing the topping and form of bread. Since, Piadina is very healthy wheat bread, i thought of using it as a pizza base. It is purely delectable!

- Piadina base
- 1 mushroom
- 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
- 30gm mozzarella cheese
- pizza sauce
- oregano and pepper
- red chili flakes
- 1/2 capsicum (if desired)
- 1/2 tomato (if desired)
Spread pizza sauce on the base followed by cheese, mushroom and onion. Shower green chili, oregano, chili flakes and pepper. Bake in oven for 8-10 min till cheese melts. Can decide the crispiness as per your taste. I love to have it super crispy.
Tip: Add chicken chunks or pepperoni on it for a completely different flavor. Since, this is an Italian bread, it has to be enjoyed with a drink. Also, the calories you are consuming are so less that it gives scope to have something along with it. Go ahead...enjoy wine (calories 100).
