Piadina Chili Cheese Mint Sandwich

King of easy sandwiches...all you need is to open the fridge and grab a cheese slice and place it on the bread and grill. Green chilies add an aromatic flavor to the sandwich. It is not so spicy actually, the bland flavor of cheese and soothing effect of mint help reduce the spiciness of the chili.

You need:
  • piadina bread cut into two
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • black pepper
  • salt (if desired)
  • few sesame seeds
Place cheese on the bread. Shower mint leaves, chili and pepper on it. Place the other half of the bread on top. Take 1 drop of oil and spread on top of the sandwich. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of it and grill in the oven for 6-8 mins till the cheese melts.

Healthier options: You may add some veggies like capsicum, mushroom, corn, tomato, onion to obtain all the vital nutrients. Even an addition of egg, chicken, fish, bacon can bring a good source of protein and fat.
