You need (serves 4):
- prepare dough
- 2 chopped capsicum
- 2 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 6-8 chopped mushrooms
- 80gms grated mozzarella cheese
- 10-12 olives cut into half
- pizza sauce (can buy or use home made)
- oregano, chili flakes and pepper
From the dough make 8 balls. Roll each of the ball into 5inch long and 4 inch wide base.
Spread pizza sauce on the base and cover with tomatoes, onions, capsicum, mushrooms, olives and cheese. Sprinkle red chili flakes, oregano and pepper. Roll the base and seal. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the balls. Put on an oiled baking sheet with the seal on the bottom and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 mins at 200c till crispy golden brown. Serve HOT!
