Tangy Soya Beans Salad

Protein and fiber rich food full your stomach and also reduce your craving for food. If you start your day with rich protein diet, you are likely to feel stuffed the whole day.

You need:

  • 50gm boiled soya beans
  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1tbsp pineapple juice
  • hint of salt and pepper
Boil beans along with spring onion green stem, garlic and ginger chunks and salt. Drain the beans and mix it will rest of the ingredients. Have it with a smoothie and it will become a full meal.

Tip: You can replace soya with sprouts or boiled black gram.
