You need:
- 2 boiled potato
- 1 tsp olive oil or regular oil
- grated garlic
- dry parsley
- salt and pepper
- 2-3 tbsp warm milk (as per your choice)
Take a bowl and mash potatoes and garlic together along with salt, pepper and parsley. Add oil and milk. Churn lightly as you want to maintain the fluffiness of the paste. Add more milk to get a smoother paste. Serve warm or cold. Have it with italian bread for a meal or paste it on a toast for breakfast.
Tip: Dont bake the potato in the oven or microwave. This will remove the starch in it and make the potato dry for this recipe. You have the option of steaming.
