Salad Series-2

Green Egg Salad
Calories: 100
What do I need to do? (serves 1-2)

  • soft boil 1 egg (4.5 mins)
  • 125gms cheese slice and place it on a fried pan without oil
  • place designer salad leaves on the serving dish
  • transfer roasted cheese on top of leaves
  • peel egg and place on salad leaves and
  • sprinkle a lot of fresh mint on top and
  • finally break the egg and yolk flows out
  • sprinkle some pepper and salt

Tip: If you wish add some lemon juice and olive oil dressing. It will add Italian flavor to the dish.
