Veggie Egg cup cakes


Calories: 70

This is the simplest of all and takes only a min to make.

You need:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 1tbsp onion chopped
Take egg and break it in a microwaveable bowl and add salt, parsley, onion, tomato, capsicum and sprinkle with black pepper. Mix them well and put in the microwave for 1.30 min and serve hot with toast or place inside an open bun.
