You need:
- burger bun
- lettuce
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1/4 tomato chopped
- 1/2 boiled mashed potato
- 1/4 cup boiled chick peas
- corn flour or dried bread crumbs to coat
- 1 cheese slice
- mustard sauce
- tomato sauce
- mayo (additional 10 calories)
Mash potato and chick peas in a not so fine mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Coat them with bread crumbs or corn flour. Roast them on a non-stick pan or in an oven for 3-4 min each side.
Place them on a burger bun along with lettuce, cheese, tomato and onion. Spread mustard and tomato sauce as per taste. Take a big bite :)
